This project site is in Midtown Manhattan, New York, New York, USA, an area renowned for its architecture, landmarks, the epicenter of American theater (Broadway), as well as the Empire State Building. The site, more specifically, on the Western side of Midtown is known as a business district, home to countless offices, company headquarters, and high-rise apartment buildings, causing the area to be highly populated and visited throughout the whole year. The project area neighbors tourist hot-spots such as the Jacop Javits Convention Center, the Vessel, the High Line, and the Hudson River Park.
