Street Living Not Loft Living

Our lost site is the space beneath this railway bridge. It sits in the heart of Manchester’s city centre. Next to a train station, tram stop, high rise residential towers, art galleries, eateries, bars, viaducts, parks and canals. Despite this location, it is lacking identity and is lost to people and nature. Once a towering symbol of industrial progress; now a long forgotten, overshadowed streetscape. Lost in the ever growing urban fabric, how can we stitch this street back into the hearts and minds of the people of Manchester?
