Kryvyi Rih, located in the middle of the Chernozem belt has a rich underground with a very dark soil rich in organic matter. This landscape quality however has since been very polluted by the start of metallurgy mining, this created the fissure between land & city as of seen today. Today the city is located right at the border of the war, which made these man made industrial landscapes become abandoned and overgrown by nature. While this resulted in lost sites that no one knows of there has been a movement of wishes for future industrial tourism once the war stops. Healing energy is a story about hope for a safe & sustainable future that embraces both sides of Kryvyi Rih’s rich history
