The competition will be open to universities, students and young professionals from any country, and any continent.

Like with the previous two editions, the teams will need to select a site anywhere on the world map and propose the redesign. The site must not exceed the total size of 1 hectare (approximately 2,47 acres).

The site can be public or private, but the redesign must assume public accessibility.

Existing work can be submitted if it fits the criteria (size, public accessibility)

Universities that will submit three or more proposals that were done as a part of a studio work (guided by professors or educators) will additionally participate in the University Prize.
