There are three deadlines for registration with corresponding fees:
Early Registration fee: before 31 July: €50
Registration fee: 1 August – 30 September: €75
Late Registration fee: 1 October – 5 December: €100
After successful registration, teams must submit the material before or on 12 December 2024.
Finalists will be announced in mid-February and will be invited to present their proposals at the award ceremony in front of the jury. The winners will be announced after the presentations of the finalists at the award ceremony in Leiden, the Netherlands on March 28th 2025.
