There are three deadlines for registration with corresponding fees:

• Early Registration fee: before 31 July: €50
• Registration fee: 1 August – 30 September: €75
• Late Registration fee: 1 October – 5 December: €100

• After successful registration teams must submit the material before or on 12 December, 2024. Finalists wil be announced in mid-February. The winners will be announced on the award ceremony in Leiden, the Netherlands on March 28th 2025.

Submissions from unregistered themes will not be considered by the jury.

Registering needs to be done via landezine.com. Registration fees can be paid via PayPal and all major credit card types. For payments via regular bank transfer, please contact us lostsites@landezine.com

To register, you will need to do the following:

1. Select and register one team member that will act as a contact person, so we can get in touch for competition proceedings purposes
2. Pay the registration fee
3. After registration, you will receive a link where you can download the submission folders. Folders will need to be filled with the submission material and sent to lostsites@landezine.com via wetransfer.com before or on 12 December, 2024.
